History Table

The History table serves as the repository for all existing assets. When you create assets using the omnibox or copilot and wish to revisit them at a later date, you can access the History table to locate previously created assets.
An asset is any piece of intelligence, whether generated by consumr.ai or uploaded by the user, that holds enough significance to be used later either independently to provide insights to a user, or as an input to derive additional intelligence.
The History table is available on the research section's home page. To access it, click the "View History" button below the Omnibox. If you're in the activation section, return to the research section to view historical assets.
There are two ways to which you can search for an asset:
The Omnibox is aptly named. It allows not only for the initiation of new insights or queries but also enables searches for existing assets. For instance, in the screenshot below, we entered the term "behaviour." This provides you with two options: you can either select a module to run an insight using that term, or you can observe below that five assets related to behavior insights have been highlighted by the system.
When you click on the button labelled "5 assets found" accompanied by a downward-pointing arrow, a history table will appear displaying five behavior reports, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
In this example, we utilized behavior as a type of intelligence to identify all the behavior reports within the date range displayed at the top of the history table. Nevertheless, any metadata can be used to search for insights. You have the option to use platform name, asset name, past entries, portfolio name, sources, and several other criteria.
By clicking "view history," the history table will slide up from the bottom of the page, showing insights and assets created in the last 30 days. To alter the date range, use the top right corner of the table, and the asset listings will update accordingly. For specific searches, the first row of the table features search filters. You can use dropdown menus fixed in this row to select parameters relevant to your search. These dropdown options dynamically adjust based on the listed assets. You may also apply multiple filters across different columns to refine your search further. The table will then display insights matching the selected parameters from the search dropdowns.
The history table is a log of all assets in a formatted grid. It includes columns essential for insight, with filters below the headers to refine searches.
Check box: The first column names the asset and includes a checkbox for selecting multiple assets.
Scheduled Report: A stopwatch icon indicates the asset is set to rerun periodically.
Inputs: Shows the inputs used, such as keywords or URLs, and their applicable platforms.
Intelligence: Insight type generated from the input.
Portfolio: Brand-specific details for insights.
Source: Workflow origin of the insight.
Asset Owner: User who created the insight.
Asset ID: Unique system-assigned identifier.
Date: Creation date of the asset.
Above the table, there's a stripe with various controls. Let's review each one individually.
This button selects all the assets shown in the history table. Clicking it again will clear the selection.
Each asset has a checkbox to its left. If you prefer not to select all assets and wish to choose specific ones, simply check the desired assets. A bar will appear at the bottom of the screen displaying your selected assets. You can then click the button on the right to start a conversation including those assets, or use the delete button to remove them, add a tag, or move them between portfolios.
The next button allows you to share or un-share an asset. When an asset is initially created, it is automatically shared with all the users in an organisation. If this is the case, when you click the "Share" button, the menu that appears will have an option called "Make it Private". This option will only be accessible to the owner of the asset. If a user is not the owner, this menu option will be disabled. Conversely, the owner can resharing the asset with the entire organization by selecting the "share with organization" option in the menu.
If you are an organization's admin, there will also be an option to "share a link with third party" in the menu. Upon clicking this, the system will generate a unique link that can be copied and shared with a user who is either outside the organisation or does not have an ID on consumr.ai.
Another useful feature is the ability to tag an asset. When numerous assets are created, it can become challenging to recall their date, time, input, or name. Additionally, there may be a series of assets you need to locate quickly. By adding custom tags to an individual asset or multiple assets, you can easily retrieve them through a straightforward search in the Omnibox.
Portfolios are crucial elements of consumr.ai, especially when engaging in conversations with your AI twin. A common error occurs when users create an asset in a different portfolio and then find they cannot incorporate that asset into a conversation because it resides in the wrong portfolio. Additionally, users sometimes create multiple assets within one portfolio and later realise the need to separate them into different portfolios; however, this is not possible once an asset is created.
To address this issue, an option was added to the history table allowing users to move assets across portfolios within the same organisation at any time after creation. By selecting this option, you will see a list of portfolios available in the organisation, and you can easily choose the target portfolio for moving an asset.
The button located immediately to the right of the strip serves as a refresh button. If you have just created an asset and it does not show up in the history table due to browser, laptop, or UI issues, press this button to update the log and check again.
Upon opening the History table, you will find historically created assets associated with the organization that are available to you. By default, only assets produced in the last 60 days will be visible. You can adjust the assets' display according to different date ranges.
If you have performed several actions on the History table, such as sorting, filtering, or selecting a date range, and wish to revert to the original view, simply click this button to reset the selection.
The displayed table is a standard view. Nonetheless, you have the option to customize it according to your preferences for both current and future use.
To customize your columns, use the button located on the far right of the strip. Select the columns you need and deselect those you don’t. After applying the changes, the view will update to reflect your selections. Alternatively, you can click and hold a column header, then drag it left or right to reposition it. Drop it where you prefer within the table to adjust the layout to your liking.
