Working with Copilot

Where actions speak louder than text

Now that you've mastered the art of crafting the perfect query at the ideal time, let's dive into a distinctive feature of the Conversations module, exclusive to consumr.ai. At ProfitWheel, we're not just talk—we're about action. One of our core tenets is to "Make Data Actionable," and we proudly proclaim that we've transformed Consumer Intelligence from a static report to a dynamic tool. The intuitive Copilot (previously known as "Action Mode") in Conversations is your secret weapon for bringing this principle to life.

While conversations allows you to converse with a set of data intelligence and help you infer data sets connecting it to your business problems. There are 2 ways these conversations that be built in:

  1. AI Twin: Refer to the article on AI Twin in the link

  2. Copilot: Here you can converse with the AI directly. Here the AI does not have a personality of a consumer.

What is different in the new Copilot feature?

For a user it works almost the same as it ancestor, "Action mode". However, this version is faster, more intelligent and creates intelligence differently. In the earlier version, consumr.ai use to rely on an insight report on the whole. This means, that in order to give you an answer to a small question related to consumer behavior, it used to execute a whole Behavior report, in Advanced AI mode if required. It can take a lot of time, especially if you ask a complex question that requires multiple reports to be created.

Copilot has the ability to detach an insight from the report and create them independently of the report. This means that it can create a dataset from behavior report, one from intent and one from mentions or market module, depending on the modules the organization has access to.

How does conversation translate into action?

When assets are incorporated into a conversation, users can interact with our knowledge base by posing questions, and our system will provide responses using the information from the added assets. There may be instances where users believe they have added all necessary assets, but as questions become more complex, the system may identify gaps in the information required to provide answers. In such cases, consumr.ai proactively identifies what additional data might be needed and suggests the inclusion of new assets. Typically, this involves prompting the addition of specific report assets. This proactive feature is at the heart of Action Mode.

This means that if you ask a question that it cannot answer in a particular mode, it will ask you to change the mode to get the answer.

The above question was asked in "Analyze" mode. Since adding new assets intelligently is not a function of Analyze it asked the user to change the mode or add new assets. You can click on the other modes and hit "Proceed".

In "Investigate mode" it explores the whole list of assets with in the organization outside of what is added in the conversation. The above message is what you will get if there are not enough assets in the organization. You can tweak the question or switch to explore.

Switching to explore more will activate the true nature of copilot, where you can either let the AI understand the situation and create required assets to get an answer to the question, or you can take control and manually create reports. Lets ask AI to handle it.

Asking AI to handle it will open a right frame that will show you the complex processing it does to get you the answer. As you can see the right frame has a toggle. If you select Analysis, it will show you the whole complex code that it is writing to get you the answer. Selecting preview will give you graphical insights of the data, as shown below.

Once the answer is ready, it will give you the answer inside the conversation
