  2. Number of clients onboarded: 10 new clients, annually

  3. Number of client narratives in pitch and review: 30 annually

  4. Number of modules trained on (annually) : All

  5. Number of training hours: 40 hours annually

  6. Bootcamp attendance: average of 3 user per bootcamp.

  7. Design Partnership acceptance: Mandatory

  8. Annual certification test: At least 3 certified user from the partner organization

Silver Standard:

  1. Reports per month: Average monthly reports executed per month using unique inputs, should be above 15 reports

  2. Number of clients onboarded: 8 new clients, annually

  3. Number of client narratives in pitch and review: 20 annually

Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the ProfitWheel Badged Partner Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Partner") agree to abide by these Terms.

Program Overview

The Program is designed to recognize and badge our agency partners who have demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the ProfitWheel platform and have met specific criteria. The badge allows the Partner to use the title "ProfitWheel Badged Partner" and the associated logo for a period of one year.

Badge Usage

The badge is a symbol of recognition and does not grant the Partner any exclusive rights to represent ProfitWheel. The Partner is permitted to use the badge and the title "ProfitWheel Badged Partner" in their marketing and promotional materials, subject to these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The badge and the title "ProfitWheel Badged Partner" are the intellectual property of ProfitWheel. The Partner is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the badge and the title solely for the purposes outlined in these Terms. The Partner acknowledges that no intellectual property rights are co-developed, transferred, or shared through the Program.

No Product Ownership

Participation in the Program does not grant the Partner any ownership or claim over any part of the ProfitWheel product, platform, or services. The Program is solely a recognition of the Partner's understanding and implementation of the ProfitWheel platform.

Term and Termination

The badge is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. ProfitWheel reserves the right to terminate the Partner's participation in the Program and revoke the badge at any time if the Partner fails to comply with these Terms.

Indemnification

The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ProfitWheel from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of the Partner's misuse of the badge or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

ProfitWheel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Partner, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProfitWheel is located, and any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By participating in the ProfitWheel Badged Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
